His dancing credits include apperances on many Australian TV shows including "Good Morning Australia," "Channel V," "Fox Sports," "Sunrise," "The History Channel" and "The Today Show" among many others. He also danced with countless Australian and international recording artists.
After many years of success in the Australian dance world, Shane quickly stepped into choreography for everything from TV award ceromies, to international caberet shows and soon decided he wanted more. In mid 2000, Shane chose to focus some attention onto the management and promotion of artists and performers. After discovering a new found passion in this field "Stage Addiction" was born.
While Stage Addiction continued it's thriving production and choreography devision Shane began to collect managment and agency clients. As the business continued to grow, it was announced that as well as choreography, production and artist managment, Stage Addiction would have 3 brand new devisions; a national booking agency, a dedicated PR devision and a unique not-for-profit division. The not for profit devision often works in conjunction with the pr division to successfuly cater for many of the countries largest non profits including IFAW, Lifeline, The Cancer Council, Playgroup Australia and WWF. Shane Tyler Greaves believed that all the Stage Addiction devisions should work in strategic unison for the benifit of any artist or project and this concept has facilitated Stage Addiction's continued growth.
By always staying true to the four key elements Proffesionalism, Trust, Integrity & Creativity, Stage Addiction will continue to evolve to ramain relavent in this ever changing industry.

BIOGRAPHY
In her younger years Cosima was influenced by her gifted Grandfather, an Italian tenor, who inspired her with Neapolitan and opera. Her first language is Italian and she is well known to that audience through appearances at numerous festivals across the country and a genuine love for her throughout the Italian community.
She took her first tentative steps to a singing career at the age of nine when she entered her first talent quest - without telling her parents! With a song in her heart and a fierce determination in her soul, Cosima performed the classic ballad "The Greatest Love Of All" and walked off with first prize!
Not long after her Idol success in 2003, Cosima celebrated her debut CD release with a memorable version of the Cold Chisel classic 'When The War Is Over '. Entering the chart at number one she made history as the first independent artist to achieve that status in Australia. The single was certified gold on debut, quickly growing beyond platinum in the weeks that followed. Cosima received two Aria awards for her single.
Following on from her triumphant single debut, Cosima released her first, self titled album in 2004, recorded with world renowned singer, songwriter & producer Diane Warren (Celine Dion, Toni Braxton,& many more) by invitation. The album entered the chart at number two and achieved gold status on release, selling over 45,000 copies.
In 2004 Cosima went on to perform on channel 7's hit show "Dancing with the Stars". At the request of former Prime Minister John Howard Cosima was invited to perform at Mr Howards 30 year anniversary in Parliament Gala dinner. Cosima was invited by invitation to perform at the Dream Foundation's Annual Gala dinner in LA where she performed Diane Warren's, (patron) hit, 'Because You Loved Me'. She was voted Best New Artist for Pop Republic Magazine, and she performed at channel 7's Carols by Candlelight.
Keeping It Natural...
Keeping active on the live circuit, Cosima has entertained crowds at a number of live appearances including supporting multi platinum selling artist Roachford in 2005 and Demis Roussos in 2006. She has performed the Australian National Anthem and her own repertoire at various events including headlining NBL All Stars game, Queensland's Big Gay Out, NRL games and many more.
Late 2005 Cosima was approached by production conglomerate The Essex Boys, made up of former Escape Club members Trevor Steel & John Holliday and London based programmer Lee Groves. Alongside a number one U.S. hit for The Escape Club members, their production credits include Sting, Shaggy, & more. As a programmer Lee Groves credits include working with Gwen Stefani, Janet Jackson, Black Eyed Peas & more. Their desire to work with Cosima was further testimony to her international appeal.
In October 2006, her debut single, When The War Is Over re-entered the Australian Independent Charts at an astonishing number 11, more than 2 years after it debuted at number one on the ARIA Charts.
Alongside the aforementioned production team, a new management deal was secured with Dorry Kordahi Management and, as a result, a fresh team has formed to compliment Cosimas unique talent. Internationally Cosima's appeal has resulted in her securing US representation through the prestigious William Morris Agency whose roster includes Alicia Keys, OutKast and Aretha Franklin.
In 2007, Cosima headlined her first concert at South Juniors Football Club. She performed the national anthem at the Australia VS England Cricket final at the Sydney Cricket Ground in front of 40,000 spectators. She debuted her new single "Keep It Natural" at Sydney Entertainment Centre for the NBL's Sydney Kings v Brisbane Bullets. In July she starred in the musical, HAIR, for a three week sell-out season. Establishing herself as a Gay Diva Cosima went on to headline Circus Sleaze ball , in Sydney.
Cosima's first single in two years, Keep It Natural was released in June 2007. Written by Cosima and renown UK writer/producer Trevor Steel it showcased a bold new sound. No longer is Cosima simply about pretty ballads. Keep It Natural proved to be a dance floor hit and charted in the top 30 ARIA club charts, and stayed there for 8 weeks. It peaked at number 4 on the Australian Independent Charts and stayed there for 8 weeks. It was placed on Melbourne's Joy FM's Vol. 5 Compilation CD. The Italian version of Keep It Natural written by Cosima proved a success as she headlined Italian National Day Festivities in Melbourne and Sydney.
Cosima's second album, THIS IS NOW was released in September 2007. It is a collection of mostly self-penned tracks that strongly reflect her personal journey. Stand out tracks include LEFT WAITING (written by The Veronicas), NEVER BE A WOMAN IN CHAINS and FOREVER YOUNG Cosima wrote when she was 16 in dedication to her mother.
MOVIN ON was the 2nd single to be lifted off THIS IS NOW. Remixed once again by Alex Taylor (who also remixed the first single KEEP IT NATURAL) it is an anthemic pop track, which sounds fresh and funky on radio and on the dance floor. Sydney filmmaker Luke Eve (Tropfest winner 2005) produced the video clip.
This year Cosima held 14 concerts with her band promoting her new album, This Is Now, around Sydney. She Headlined World Aids Day in Melbourne, and Gay Fair Day in Sydney. She has performed in many of the countrys largest venues and has developed a special affinity with the gay community who have supported and remained loyal throughout her career.
She recently shot her first and widely anticipated DVD in Brisbane. Cosima has recently become the National Ambassador for Life House Project, a charity aimed at providing young girls with the necessary skills to be confident and successful young women. Cosima's recent involvement with I.F.A.W. stems from her love of animals. She has taken part in a series of commercials alongside other I.F.A.W celebrity friends to improve animal welfare.
BACK
Kate DeAraugo. Whatever happens from here, its a name you wont forget any time soon. But you already know that, dont you? Kate DeAraugo Our new Australian Idol.
By now, we all understand the game inside out. Part of it, of course, is that all of Australia suddenly knows a lot about 20-year-old Kate DeAraugo. More than just a name, it feels as if a nation has fallen for her voice, her poise, her character. Weve met her family, we know where she grew up. Her face is everywhere television, the front pages of newspapers, magazines. We all know this, and were also pretty sure about what will happen next: chart-topping records, musical stardom.
Now begins a whole new journey for Kate. This is where it gets real. So forget what you think you know about Kate DeAraugo. Close your eyes, clear your mind and listen anew.
As for that earlier journey, Kate says theres a videotape collecting dust somewhere in the DeAraugo family home back in Bendigo, Victoria, that contains footage of what might forever remain the most important performance of her life. It features Kate as a 14-year-old, singing in public for the first time. Kate says she hasnt watched it in years. And nor does she really want to see it again anytime soon. For Kate, its too emotional and just a bit plain weird.
I was absolutely terrified, Kate says. My knees were shaking, I was sweating. I was terrified. I remember it so well. It was horrible.
What makes this footage so special is not so much the song Kate sings (which was Carol Kings Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow, just in case you didnt know that). Its what happens next, just as Kate finishes her song, that everything changes. Somewhere in the sound of all those hands clapping, somewhere in the moment where all Kates terror and fears are instantly replaced by the most wonderful sensation shes ever felt, its at this very moment that young Kate DeAraugo realises what she must do with her life. I thought, This is me. This is what I want to do. I like this feeling.
Kate was soon regularly performing around her country town in a duo with her uncle. Kates age prevented the pair performing in clubs, so they performed wherever they could. I became Bendigos wedding singer, Kate says with a big laugh.
The next significant event in this formative period of Kates career came soon afterwards when she met the woman who would become both her voice coach and life coach: legendary Australian singer, Vanetta Fields. During the rest of her high school years, Kates musical education involved regular trips to Vanettas home on the Gold Coast.
I got up there every six to eight weeks, Kate says. I would work for a week with her, five hours a day. And I would go home and process all that information and in another eight weeks, I would go back.
Within a couple of years, Kates relationship with Vanetta had grown so close that the young singer left Bendigo to live and work with Vanetta full-time. It was meant to be a six-month thing and its been nearly two years now, Kate says. I learned a lot from just listening to her stories about people and life and situations. Its quite scary, actually, because her and my mum have become best mates, so she has become my mum as well. So I have got two mothers, which is quite stressful at times.
For all her efforts, one thing Vanetta couldnt teach her young prodigy was how to conquer that terrible stage-fright that Kate continued to suffer ever since that first ever performance. With a voice now ready to take on the world, Kate knew this was something she had to fix herself. Her career depended on it.
This weakness ruined Kates auditions for the first two series of Australian Idol. In front of an audience of three judges and lots of television cameras, a set-up which would soon become so familiar to her, Kate went to water, blew it. Kate was devastated.
It took lots of convincing from Vanetta that Kate should audition for the third series of Idol, tackle her greatest demons (as well as those judges) face-to-face. Kate adopted a brand new attitude. It wouldnt be the end of the world or her career if she didnt become the new Australian Idol. And the rest, as we all know, is history.
And now, finally, Kate DeAraugo has realised her lifelong dream to record and release her debut album, A Place Ive Never Been.
I think its great, Kate says of her debut effort, which, of course, features Kates hit debut single, Maybe Tonight It doesnt pinpoint me to one genre. Its more about great songs. Which is perfect because Im not into one particular style. I just love music in general.
Yes, Kate DeAraugo is the winner of Australian Idol. Yes, she beat 25,000 other contestants to earn that title. Yes, its what got her to where she is now, a high-profile recording artist with Sony/BMG, about to release her debut album. But forget everything you think you know about Kate DeAraugo because, for all her success so far, this is only the beginning.
